    I’m only asking for acceptance … I don’t own a single DVD so HD-DVD would be an easy switch i’m sure … i guess it takes $$ to start up any movie collection – i must be missing this as Microsoft has made November the $$ month to be a gamer

    I already have 300 normal DVDs… I don’t see myself busting out for HD-DVD just yet. There’s a rare case that I go out and buy a DVD… and even less of a case that it’s in HD-DVD anyway.

    It’s not just about 1080p – the 720p HD-DVD is amazing. If you don’t invest Jake – i will assume you to be the next big Sony Fan Boy!

    Why would I want that? I’m not investing in HD-DVDs just yet… and my big TV doesn’t do 1080p :(
