I finished Ruby for Rails last night… excellent book!

It takes you through a natural progression of learning enough Ruby to get into Rails…
This puts the book at my #2 spot for “What books should I read to get into Ruby on Rails?”

Yeah Ruby for Rails rocks solid. I definitely recommend the Ruby Cookbook as well. There’s a wealth of great information for Ruby developers of all skill levels.
Oh, can’t forget about Rails Recipes either. Extremely handy!
yeah… but for those learning Rails, they are definitely at the bottom of my list.
I’ve read the Rails Recipes, not the Ruby Cookbook (not yet at least).
Yeah defintely. Those are must reads after the books you mentioned for sure.
