Iam a Gauntlet Adventurer.I strive to improve my living conditions by hoarding gold, food, and sometimes keys andpotions. I love adventure, fighting, and particularly winning - especially when there's aprize at stake. I occasionally get lost inside buildings and can't find the exit. I needfood badly. That's right folks... May 24th, 2004 was a tremendously important day for the world ofsoftware development.
My first day at Inetium.
Soo many good times, if you search this blog... you'll find a lot of them.
There really isn't much more I can say other than I have had the best experience hereso far and that I don't think I would have had as good of a time anywhere else.
Thanks guys!
So I had the privleage of attending the Star Wars Episode 3 film with Greg and John onFriday...
My worst fears came true as there was some assholes in the theater... but it couldhave been worse.
My overall impression? Probably one of the best in the entire series... in allhonesty
Every movie has bad qualities (weak plots.. hokey dialog) but I think it was the waythat it ended that really got me.
The comments here will have my spoilers and what I thought...
Mike H reminded me today of how much a geniusWeird Al is... (check out the bold verse, hilarious)
“It's all about the Pentiums“ - Weird Al
It's all about the Pentiums,baby
so I think part of the reason why I haven't been blogging as much, is because I'm arepeat poster.. I find information and post it...
and another one of my addictions is del.icio.us - where you can post links (think of it associal bookmarking + blogging)
check out the stuff I have collected... nowif only I could write an app that grabs the links from the RSS feed, go to the site, and summarize it... andthen post it here, then I would be a blogging whore...
So I spent the last two weekends in Iowa (:: shudders::) ... first in Cedar Falls andthis past weekend I was in the Quad Cities... had some good times in both places!
Here are some highlights...
Cedar Falls
Quad Cities
So overall I had a wonderful two weekends! Plus I took a few needed days off ofwork... gotta get my mind off the c0d3 every once in a while! Much love to the ladiesthat I saw and took care of me, you are forever loved...
Sorry I haven't been posting lately people... been busy with graduations and GuildWars...
deal with it :)
when I hear dripping noises and sloshing (like kids playing in a pool on a hotsummer's day)...
then it hit me, should I go investigate? The kitchen ended up being the source where Idiscovered a stream of water dripping from the light above...
it only meant one thing...
Greg went to the bathroom... I bet you can guess the rest of the story from there...lots of laughing, some mops, and a plunger.
hehehe
So this weekend I spent some quality time playing Guild Wars... w0w! That's all I can say.
I probably logged 6 to 8 hours into the game this weekend and every minute wasbreathtaking and intriguiging...
Seriously... a free MMORPG (monthly fee is free, compared to $15/month for Matrix Online or WoW) that looks this good? The game comes from someoriginal gangstas of Blizzard! It has awesome race/profession balance, customization, andthe scenery can leave you wandering and looking at things for hours...
stunning... it's definitely worth a pickup!
